SECAD is an integrated development company that has successfully delivered rural development and social inclusion programmes  and initiatives in the East Cork area on behalf of the European Union and the Irish Government through the National Development Plan.

SECAD has over twelve years experience in the delivery of European and Irish Exchequer funded programmes and initiatives for translational, rural and local development. This includes projects and actions to support economic development, community development, social inclusion and the development of networks and translational partnerships.
