Our Working Internationally courses are designed to raise awareness and understanding of cultural differences in multicultural markets, workplaces and teams, and develop cultural competence of leaders/managers, supervisors and frontline staff. These programmes are focused on key cultural “gaps” that pose potential risks to leadership and performance on a global scale and building skills to leverage differences for competitive advantage.
